This seminar will teach you every thing you need to lead international groups in Ger many.
\n \nThe seminar consists
of the following seminar contents:
\n 1. legal/
organisational aspects\, during the workcamp you h
ave the duty of supervision and management of orga
nisational tasks.
2. leader ship role\, as you are the first contact person fo r participants as well as project partners and us\ , the ijgd.
\n \n3. self-organis ation\, to enable the entire workcamp group to act ively participate with their wishes
\n \n4. internationality to promote intercultu ral learning.
\n \nThe seminar i s practical\, varied\, with many exercises and liv ely group work. So that you right away experience the very special atmosphere of joint learning and joint activity.

\n The youth guesthouse in alf
eld is situated in the middle of a green park. The
modern double\, four-bed and six-bed rooms are pl
easantly furnished and can accommodate 38 people.
In the large self-catering kitchen\, you can let y
our creativity run wild. Since the house is near t
o the city center of Alfeld(Leine)\, arriving by t
rain and finding shopping opportunities are not a
problem.

\n \nThis is a 7-day-seminar so that you have the opportunity to come into the New Year relaxed.
\n \nIf you lead a workcamp in the sam e year\, we will refund your seminar fee! Therefor e look for your favourite workcamp of the 2025 sea son and get ready to lead!
\n \nIn addition\, you will be reimbursed 50 % of your travel costs for the seminar (taking adv antage of all possible reductions and limited to a maximum amount).
