This seminar will teach you everything you need to lead international groups in Germany.
\n \nThe seminar consists of the followi
ng seminar contents:
\n 1. legal/organisation
al aspects\, during the workcamp you have the duty
of supervision and management of organisational t
asks.
2. leadership role\, as you are the first contact person for participan ts as well as project partners and us\, the ijgd.< /big>
\n \n3. self-organisation\, to e nable the entire workcamp group to actively partic ipate with their wishes
\n \n4. internationality to promote intercultural learning .
\n \nThe seminar is practical\ , varied\, with many exercises and lively group wo rk. So that you right away experience the very spe cial atmosphere of joint learning and joint activi ty.
\n \nLocation:
\n The youth guesthouse in alfeld is sit
uated in the middle of a green park. The modern do
uble\, four-bed and six-bed rooms are pleasantly f
urnished and can accommodate 38 people. In the lar
ge self-catering kitchen\, you can let your creati
vity run wild. Since the house is near to the city
center of Alfeld(Leine)\, arriving by train and f
inding shopping opportunities are not a problem.

\n \nThis is a 7-day-s eminar so that you have the opportunity to come in to the New Year relaxed.
\n \n< big>If you lead a workcamp in 2027 we will re fund your seminar fee! Therefore look for your fav ourite workcamp of next season and get ready to le ad!
\n \nIn addition\ , you will be reimbursed 50% of your travel costs for the seminar (taking advantage of all possible reductions and limited to a maximum amount).
