This seminar will teach you ev
erything you need to lead international groups in
Germany.
The seminar consists of
the following seminar contents:
1. l
egal/organisational aspects\, during the workcamp
you have the duty of supervision and management of
organisational tasks.
2. leaders
hip role\, as you are the first contact person for
participants as well as project partners and us\,
the ijgd.
3. self-organisation\,
to enable the entire workcamp group to actively p
articipate with their wishes

nternationality to promote intercultural learning.
The seminar is practical\, varie
d\, with many exercises and lively group work. So
that you right away experience the very special at
mosphere of joint learning and joint activity.
This seminar is also special
because\, over the first three days\, you will be
joined by participants from the End of Season Eva
luation Seminar. These participants are group lead
ers who have led a workcamp this season and come t
ogether to share their their stories\, challenges\
, and memorable moments\, as well as reflect on th
eir experiences. This creates the perfect opportun
ity for you to connect with them\, exchange insigh
ts\, learn from each other and maybe already make
up a team to lead a workcamp next year. <

ge is a place where many ijgd seminars have taken
place. Located in a former machine factory\, the h
ous offers a great impression of the real Berlin.
Today it is a place for many groups from young to
old.
The costs for food and acco
modation are covered by us.
Remarks:
If you lead a workcamp in the same year\, we wil
l refund your seminar fee! Therefore look for your
favourite workcamp of the 2027 saison and get rea
dy to lead.
