Training: Deciding together as a group

Participation requirements:
- From 18 years old
- First experiences in working with groups and self-organization, e.g. leading a work camp, seminars or youth groups etc. or at least participation in a Juleica training or training as a teamer. - Arrival with rapid antigen test (not older than 24 h) is recommended. Upon arrival, all participants test themselves (tests are provided by the ijgd).

You already have some experience working with groups of young people? Are you enthusiastic about self-organization? Do you want to dive deeper into the topic of how good decision-making processes can actually work in groups?
Then this seminar is just right for you!
In the practice of self-organization it is sometimes not so easy to really live your own ideals of joint and equal decisions! Together we will dive into the exciting processes and dynamics around self-organization and decision-making processes in groups, exchange experiences and learn from each other.
Since it is often better to learn with concrete experiences, the seminar will take place at a very special place and with people who have a lot of experience in community processes: The ecological living and working community (ÖkoLeA) has emerged from the utopia of a way of life that is as ecological as possible, based on the principle of grassroots democratic decisions according to the consensus principle, community ownership and common housekeeping.
Among other things, you can expect an experiential space with theater pedagogical methods, free space for exchange and self-creation - both in the group and with the people of ÖkoLeA and, of course, lots of practice and fun!
