Frühlingsenergie nutzen und in Aktivismus umwandeln!
Du hast Lust, dich zu engagieren und dich aktiv in internationale Jugendarbeit einzubringen? Dann passt du perfekt zu ijgd und unseren Workcamps! Dieses Seminar bildet dich für die Leitung von internationalen Gruppen in Deutschland aus. Das Seminar besteht aus den folgenden Seminar-inhalten:
1. Juristisches/Organisatorisches, denn während des Workcamps hast du die Aufsichtspflicht und musst organisatorische Aufgaben regeln.
2. Leitungsrolle, da du sowohl für die Teilnehmenden als auch für den Projektpartner und für ijgd die Ansprechperson bist.
3. Selbstorganisation, damit sich die Teilnehmenden mit ihren Wünschen aktiv einbringen können und
4. Internationalität, um interkulturelles Lernen zu fördern.
Das Seminar ist praxisnah, abwechslungsreich, mit vielen Übungen und lebhafter Gruppenarbeit aufgebaut. So erlebst du schon hier eine ganz besondere Art und Atmosphäre gemeinsamen Lernens und gemeinsamer Aktivität.

Das Tagungshaus:
Das Tagungswerk im KuBiZ ist das Seminar- und Gästehaus für Bildung, Tagung, Konferenzen oder Schulreisen.  Das Seminar- und Gästehaus befindet sich in einem Kultur- und Bildungszentrum im Berliner Stadtteil Weißensee.

Description:

You want to get involved in international youth work?
Then you are a perfect fit for ijgd and our workcamps!

This seminar will teach you everything you need to lead international groups in Germany.

The seminar consists of the following seminar contents:
1. legal/organisational aspects, during the workcamp you have the duty of supervision and management of organisational tasks.

2. leadership role, as you are the first contact person for participants as well as project partners and us, the ijgd.

3. self-organisation, to enable the entire workcamp group to actively participate with their wishes

4. internationality to promote intercultural learning.

The seminar is practical, varied, with many exercises and lively group work. So that you right away experience the very special atmosphere of joint learning and joint activity.

Location:
The conference center in KuBiZ is the seminar and guest house for education, meeting, conferences or school trips.  The seminar and guest house is located in a cultural and educational center in the Weißensee district of Berlin.

Remarks:
