You have already gained leadership experience in our workcamps and are curious to take a look behind the seminar scenes? Become a seminar leader and pass on your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to new group leaders.

This seminar trains you to lead training seminars for future workcamp group leaders!

Let the workcamp spirit grow! During the 7 days you will be prepared to plan and run training seminars for new group leaders. You will get to know different methods, deal with topics such as intercultural learning, leadership styles, law & organisation etc. and how these can be conveyed in an exciting and creative way in a training seminar. Of course, your experiences and ideas are in demand, because in this seminar you will be invited to become active yourself and to gain (first) seminar leadership experiences. You don't need any previous pedagogical knowledge or qualifications! Just bring your curiosity and enjoyment of our work camps. We are looking forward to you!

Location:

The ijgd seminar house "Jugendgästehaus Alfeld" is located in the middle of a green park. The modern two-, four- and six-bed rooms are friendly and attractively furnished and offer space for 38 people. In the large self-catering kitchen of Villa Ruhe you can let your creativity flow. Since the house is located near the city center of Alfeld (Leine), arrival by train and shopping facilities are no problem.

Remarks:

The special thing about this seminar is that a group leader training takes place parallel to the seminar leader training. Lots of exchange, fun and international work camp flair is guaranteed :)
