You want to get involved in international youth work?
Then you are a perfect fit for ijgd and our workcamps!

This seminar will teach you everything you need to lead international groups in Germany.

The seminar consists of the following seminar contents:
1. legal/organisational aspects, during the workcamp you have the duty of supervision and management of organisational tasks.

2. leadership role, as you are the first contact person for participants as well as project partners and us, the ijgd.

3. self-organisation, to enable the entire workcamp group to actively participate with their wishes

4. internationality to promote intercultural learning.

The seminar is practical, varied, with many exercises and lively group work. So that you right away experience the very special atmosphere of joint learning and joint activity.

Location:

The ijgd seminar house Villa Ruhe is located in the middle of a green park. The modern two-, four- and six-bed rooms are friendly and attractively furnished and offer space for 38 people. In the large self-catering kitchen of Villa Ruhe you can let your creativity flow. Since the house is located near the city center of Alfeld (Leine), arrival by train and shopping facilities are no problem.

Remarks:

Our 7-day seminars are special seminars. We offer a 7-day New Year's Eve seminar so that you have the opportunity to come into the New Year relaxed. We also offer a 7-day training seminar in combination with the evaluation seminar in autumn. Here you have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the experienced workcamp leaders from the past season and benefit from their experiences and reports. In addition, a 7-day training seminar is offered, which focuses in particular on the international aspect of group leadership and illuminates it intensively.
